"A strong woman looks a challenge in the eye and gives it a wink." -Gina Carey
My name is Michelle Munoz. I am a 20 years old and currently a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am an English major with a double minor in Spanish and Composition, Rhetoric, and Digital Literacy. My future plans involve becoming a high school English teacher and volunteering for the Peace Corp! I was born in Alexandria, VA but I grew up in Gates County, NC. I was raised on a farm by my beautiful mother, Amy. I love volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, I work as an RA, spend my summers working at my family's farmers market where I started and own my own bakery, and I enjoy going on runs with my dog, Roxy. Nothing makes me happier than eating Mexican food with my friends and family with a never ending bowl of guacamole. My favorite shows to binge watch include The Office and Sex and the City. I'm always reading, so feel free to hit me up for any good book suggestions! My life is a little crazy, but that's why it is beautiful. I've always been taught to work hard and have faith in myself. Welcome to my blog, the life lessons, and tasty treats I'm making along the way!
"We get so worried about being "pretty." Let's be pretty kind, pretty smart, pretty funny, and pretty strong." -Britt Nicole
